I'm a picture editor/researcher and artist based in Lincolnshire with a career that's taken me from newsroom deadlines to studio commissions.

I spent many years as a picture editor at The Telegraph before going freelance, and that background still shapes how I work today: meticulous research, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity about every project I take on. My varied clients have included the Southbank Centre, Grammy award winning music producer Alan Moulder. Royal British Legion, Britannica Magazine and The Kings Cupboard in Rutland.

I also take on bespoke commissions — mostly pet portraits in pencil or acrylic. I genuinely love collaborating. Getting to the heart of each project and bringing them to life in a way that feels both distinctive and meaningful. Some of the portraits I do are of dogs who aren't around anymore, so there's often more to it than just getting a likeness right. It's important to capture something of who they were, in a way that means something to the people who loved them.

My aim is always to create original work that leaves a lasting impression.
